Vauxhall partners with TalkSPORT for World Cup

The world’s biggest sports radio station, talkSPORT, is partnering with Vauxhall, the England team sponsor, for its coverage of the 2014 FIFA World Cup. talkSPORT is an official broadcaster of the tournament and Vauxhall will be one of its category-exclusive sponsors.

 

The partnership will see Vauxhall sponsorship across all talkSPORT platforms, including on-air, online, social media – and in talkSPORT’s sister publication Sport magazine – until the final of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil on 13 July.

 

As part of the sponsorship, Vauxhall will be giving talkSPORT listeners the chance to take part in unique competitions and events in the lead up to and during the World Cup this summer.

 

These include the chance to:

  • Win England tickets with Vauxhall
  • Win a trip to Brazil by taking part in our ‘On The Spot’ penalty shootout competition on the Wembley turf
  • Attend one of England’s final training sessions at St George’s Park, Staffordshire, before they head off to South America.

Closer to the team

During the World Cup, Vauxhall and talkSPORT will be hosting exclusive screenings of England’s matches, and talkSPORT presenters will be reporting live from the England Supporters Club fan hubs in Miami and Brazil.
