How can I find a Customer Excellence Award Retailer?
You can use our Find a Retailer tool. Winning Retailers are clearly identified, and they also display the award logo on their marketing materials.
How are the winners decided?
We review thousands of Purchase Satisfaction and Service Satisfaction surveys – a recent tally came to over 60,000 surveys in six months. Each year, a Customer Excellence Award goes to Retailers with the best combined score from the surveys.
You’ll be invited to complete a survey when you buy a new Vauxhall or when your vehicle is serviced for the first or second time.

Vauxhall have also achieved a ISO22301 accreditation for their Business Continuity Planning. Vauxhall achieved this by consistently implementing various measure and processes throughout the organisations, many of which involved employees and other stakeholders across the various sites.
