And the verdict for 2013? Vauxhall. Just the same as in 2012 and 2011.
It proved a runaway victory, with our site achieving a 96% rating, with full marks received for eight out of the ten sectors: Ease of use; Design; Find a dealer; Live chat, email and telephone; P11D prices and data; Mobile/tablet websites; Apps; Extras.
Our nearest competitors scored just 82% (a three-way tie for Audi, Volvo and Honda).
