DESIGN

Form has to follow function when designing a commercial vehicle and this has been fully respected in the design of the New Movano. The vehicle is a hugely practical load carrier but it still incorporates much of the design language, passion and philosophy that can be found in our passenger cars.

FRONT

New Movano has a broad, bold stance that gives it real presence on the road. And the face of the van features many Vauxhall styling cues:

Large trapezoidal front grille.
Prominent chrome bar incorporating the largest ever Vauxhall Griffin.
Bonnet includes our trademark centre crease.

The front bumper shares many elements with New Astra. The feature line starts under the headlamps but also incorporates a step, which makes it easier to clean the windscreen.

LOADING

We've designed the van to make loading easier.

A huge effort has been made to maintain the 'step in/load in' heights to the cargo area.
A low effort is required for the opening & closing of the side & rear cargo doors for improved durability.
Wider 1,270mm sliding side doors, so a Euro pallet can be loaded more easily than ever before.

CABIN

This area has been designed to greatly enhance space and comfort. We've created an environment that truly understands the needs of both the driver and passengers with front to back cab dimensions increasing. The focus on driver comfort is supported with:

Adjustable seat height.
More vertical steering wheel angle.
Height adjustable steering column.
Innovative 'in cab storage' solutions in the door panels, under the seats, on the seat backs and within the roof space.
