Under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, General Motors UK Limited (trading as Vauxhall Motors) (GMUK) is required to publish a Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for each financial year, describing what steps GMUK has taken to address the risk of slavery or human trafficking occurring in its own operations or supply chains.
This is GMUK’s first such annual statement for the year ended 30 June 2016 and incorporates the attached statement of General Motors Company, which sets out in full, the processes and principles which General Motors Company and GMUK adopt globally. We will abide by the current version of the General Motors Company Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement.
