DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY CAR TO BE SERVICED?

The cost of each service, plus maintenance repairs for the wear and tear of your vehicle, are all included in your Motability package. In addition, tyre repair and replacement, windscreen repair and a 60,000 mileage allowance, over three years, are also included.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A COURTESY VEHICLE EXACTLY LIKE MINE WHILE I WAIT?

As a Motability customer, while your car is being serviced, our retailers will endeavour to provide you with a courtesy vehicle that is close to your existing vehicle model and trim.

 

This is more likely to be possible if you provide your retailer with at least three weeks’ notice of your requirements. However, please note it will not always be possible to provide a similar vehicle.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR SPECIAL INSURANCE AS A DISABLED DRIVER?

Insurance and personal accident cover for up to two named drivers, and insurance cover for driving abroad are all included in your Motability package. Your vehicle’s MOT, road tax and full breakdown assistance are also included.
