A. Contact Motability on 0845 456 4566. They can give you details of Motability Accredited Suppliers, or simply contact our customer care centre telephone number 0800 731 5267.
Q. How do I apply for a grant?
A. Contact the grants department at Motability the Charity, Harlow on 0844 8000 900.
Q. How do I know what rate of allowance I am entitled to?
A. The DWP would have sent you an Award Notice giving you details of your allowance. If you do not have the Award Notice you can contact the DWP, Blackpool on 08457 123456.
Q. How long will my vehicle take to be delivered?
A. Your local dealer will be able to give you information on availability and expected delivery dates. Use the red toolbox on your right to find a dealer near you.
Q. What if I can't get the higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance?
A. Regardless of your entitlements, we'll do our best to help you purchase a vehicle outright at a favourable price. Simply visit your local dealer.
Q. What is the availability of the exact vehicle I require?
A. Your local dealer will be able to give you information on availability and expected delivery dates. Use the red toolbox on your right to find a dealer near you.
Q. Where can I obtain a vehicle brochure from?
A. Request a brochure here, collect one from your local retailer or contact our customer care centre on 0800 731 5267.
