Reservation FAQs

What will happen after I’ve reserved?

Once you’ve reserved your Corsa-e, you’ll join us on the journey as we send you exclusive updates and news leading up to Corsa-e being available in our showrooms. 

 

And then as soon as we’re ready to start taking orders later this year, your selected Retailer will be in touch to arrange an appointment so that you can place your full order on a Corsa-e. 

 

Once your full Corsa-e order has been placed, you’ll receive a refund of your reservation fee. 

Is the reservation fee refundable?

Yes. You can request a refund of your £500 reservation fee and therefore cancel your reservation at any stage prior to placing your full order.

How do I get a refund of the reservation fee and cancel my reservation?

There are two ways you can request a refund of your reservation fee and therefore cancel your reservation: 

 

  • By calling us on 0345 111 7711 and quoting your reservation ID. You can find this in your reservation confirmation e-mail
  • By clicking on the “My Account” link in your reservation confirmation e-mail and clicking the “Refund My Reservation Fee” button

 

Once we have received your refund request, we will process this within 72 hours. It may then take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

 

How can I turn my reservation into a full order?

As soon as we’re ready to start taking orders, your selected Retailer will be in touch to arrange an appointment so that you can place your full order on a Corsa-e.
