December Accessory Prize Draw

  1. Entrants must be resident in England, Scotland or Wales and aged 18 or over at the date of entry. Northern Ireland residents are excluded.
  2. No minimum purchase is necessary. Every purchase made from www.vauxhall-accessories.com during the period 1 December 2019 and 31 December 2019 is entered into the Prize Draw.
  3. The Closing Date for the Prize Draw will be 23:59 hrs on 31.12.19 (“Closing Date”). All purchases made after the Closing Date will not be entered.
  4. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entries that are not received, incomplete, delayed for any reason, lost in transmission or illegible.
  5. Entries that are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any system failures, network errors, website unavailability, hacks on the system, personal computer issues or any other issue out of its reasonable control.
  7. All entries are the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
  8. There will be 3 (three) winners and 3 (three) prizes, one for each winner.
  9. Each prize consists of £100 (one hundred) Love2Shop vouchers  (“Prize”), subject to availability.
  10. The winners will be the 3 (three) entries that are randomly selected by an independent adjudicator from all the entry submissions received by the Closing Date in respect to this Promotion (“Winner”). The Prize Draw will take place on 06.01.20.
  11. The adjudicator’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners within 10 working days of the Prize Draw, by email at the email address provided at purchase.  If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days of notification, then the Promoter shall be entitled to redraw another winner, without any liability.
  13. No cash or other alternatives to the Prize are available, and the Prize must be claimed by the person named on the official winning entry submission within 14 days of notification.
  14. Failure to claim the Prize within this period shall lead to the Prize being forfeited and entitle the Promoter to redraw another Winner without liability.
  15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the acts or defaults of independent third parties involved in supplying or providing the Prize or any elements of the Prize available. 
  16. As part of this promotion, the Promoter will collect personal information from the entrants. The Promoter will process such personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only. Your personal information will be kept for 90 days after the Closing Date and then will be securely disposed of. By entering this promotion, the winner gives permission to the Promoter to use the winner’s name, image and any other details used in their entry for promotional and/or editorial purposes in any format or media without charge and/or additional consent being necessary and the winner hereby consents to the same and consents to the Promoter contacting him/her for the purpose of Condition 12 (if applicable).
  17. Events may occur that render the Prize Draw itself or awarding the Prize (or elements of the Prize) impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, and the entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to the Promoter as a result thereof. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should this prove necessary.
  18. The Promoter will send the name and county of the Winner to anyone who writes within one month of the Closing Date of the Prize Draw requesting details of the Winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address set out in Condition 22 below.
  19. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants confirm they have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of which the application instructions, form part.
  20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  21. Employees (and their families) of Vauxhall Motors Limited, its associated companies, its Retailers and agencies, are not eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.
