Luton – Vauxhall has added new Griffin Edition models to its Corsa, Astra and Grandland X vehicle range. The new Corsa Griffin Edition, Astra Griffin Edition and Grandland X Griffin Edition are available to order now, with prices starting from £18,530 OTR for the Corsa Griffin Edition, £19,245 OTR for the Astra Griffin Edition and £25,765 OTR for the Grandland X Griffin Edition.

Last year, Vauxhall launched a new Griffin logo, now featuring a simple and elegant 2-D design of its iconic Griffin. The new badges can be found across all new Vauxhall models, with the Corsa Griffin Edition, Astra Griffin Edition and the Grandland X Griffin edition proudly wearing the new logo both front and rear.  

Corsa Griffin Edition

The new Corsa Griffin Edition comes standard with 17-inch bi-colour alloy wheels, a black roof and spoiler, LED headlights and daytime running lights as well as automatic lights and windscreen wipers. Inside, the Corsa Griffin Edition features heated seats and steering wheel, front and rear parking sensors, a rear-view camera, a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as a 7-inch digital instrument panel and Griffin branded floor mats.  

Customers have a choice of efficient petrol and diesel versions. Petrol variants are available with Vauxhall’s 1.2-litre (75PS) and 1.2-litre Turbo (100PS) engines, with the 1.2-litre unit sold exclusively with a five-speed manual gearbox. The 1.2-litre Turbo variants feature a choice between a six-speed manual or an eight-speed automatic gearbox. The diesel variant features Vauxhall’s 1.5-litre Turbo D (102PS) engine connected to a six-speed manual. The Corsa Griffin Edition starts from £18,530 OTR or just £219 per month* on a Personal Contract Hire**.

Astra Griffin Edition

With a range of visual upgrades and enhanced specification, the new Astra Griffin Edition makes one of Britain’s best-selling cars even more appealing. The Astra Griffin Edition features 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, a contrasting gloss black finish for the roof and door mirrors, plus dark tinted rear windows with chrome surrounds.

Standard equipment includes Griffin branded floor mats, Vauxhall’s Multimedia Satellite Navigation System with a 7-inch colour touchscreen, dual zone climate control, heated front seats and steering wheel. All models also come with front and rear parking sensors and a Driving Assistance Pack that includes forward collision alert, lane keep assist and automatic emergency braking.

Customers can choose from the versatile five-door hatchback or spacious Sports Tourer estate body style, while there is a choice of powerful and efficient engines. Petrol units run to a turbocharged 1.2-litre engine (145PS), fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard.

Alternatively, the refined and torquey 1.5-litre diesel (122PS) features a six-speed manual gearbox as standard or an optional nine-speed automatic transmission. Prices for the Astra Griffin Edition start at £19,540, or as little as £245 per month with Vauxhall’s Personal Contract Hire^**.

Grandland X Griffin Edition

Like the Astra Griffin Edition, the new Grandland X Griffin Edition comes with 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels and gloss black paint on the roof and door mirrors, while the rear windows get dark tinted glass. Silver-effect roof rails, chrome window surrounds and a powered tailgate complete the exterior upgrades.

Generous standard equipment includes a Multimedia Navi Pro infotainment system with an 8-inch touchscreen and satellite navigation system, plus keyless entry and start, dual zone climate control and Griffin embossed floor mats.

There’s a choice of two engines - Vauxhall’s responsive turbocharged 1.2-litre petrol (130PS) and efficient turbocharged 1.5-litre diesel (130PS). Both are fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard, with an eight-speed automatic transmission available as an option.

The new Grandland X Griffin Edition is priced from £25,765 for the 1.2 Turbo (130PS). Vauxhall’s Personal Contract Hire is also available, starting at £295 a month^**.
