Online Booking Reward Terms and Conditions

General Terms & Conditions 

 

  1. Offer ends 31st March 2020.
  2. Booking must be made online via vauxhall.co.uk/onlinebooking
  3. Offer applies to customers who purchase servicing and / or repair services from a Vauxhall Retailer for a total price of not less than £99, as shown on a single invoice.
  4. Retail customers only.
  5. Vauxhall vehicles only.
  6. Once work booked has been completed, customers are eligible to claim Afternoon Tea for Two.
  7. Customers will receive details on how to claim their reward via email within 10 working days of the work being completed.
  8. Reward will be subject to the terms and conditions of the partnering entity.
  9. Reward does not have to be redeemed or accepted. 
  10. Vauxhall Motors Limited accepts no responsibility for the acts or defaults of independent third parties involved in supplying or providing the Afternoon Tea or any elements of the reward.
  11. Images shown are for visual purposes only and do not represent the final reward.
  12. Vauxhall Motors Limited reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this offer at any point in time and to replace the reward with a substitute of equivalent value if the reward is no longer available.

Afternoon Tea for Two Terms & Conditions 

 

  1. This offer entitles the recipient to Afternoon Tea for Two, with no obligation to purchase, additional food or beverages.
  2. Bookings can only be made at the venues listed on http://mylocalteafortwodeal.com and can only be made between 1 – 30 days in advance of the preferred booking date. Same day bookings and bookings made further than 30 days in advance cannot be accepted.
  3. Please refer to your accompanying correspondence for the date your Afternoon Tea for Two needs to be booked and taken by. Bookings can only be made by the person, to whom this offer was issued.
  4. Bookings can only be made via the dedicated Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) Reservations Department on 01565 831 816 any booking or enquiries made directly with the venue will not be honoured.
  5. All bookings are subject to the venue’s availability for the offer. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year.
  6. This offer does not apply to reservations that include public or bank holiday periods in the UK and Ireland,Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods. Availability may be limited during other key periods e.g. December, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and school holidays.
  7. Venues featured and all information is correct at time of this brochure going to print but may be liable to change.

  9. It is the customer’s responsibility to advise MLP Reservations Department of any dietary restrictions and/or food allergies at the time of booking. MLP also strongly advise that customers inform the venue on arrival of any such allergies and/or dietary restrictions.
  10. Any extra food or drinks and/or upgrades over and above the Afternoon Tea for Two such as Champagne or alcoholic beverages will need to be paid for by the customer directly to the venue.
  11. Cancellations: With effect of any cancellations, your unique code will therefore become void.
  12. No cash alternatives will be offered.
  13. Each venue has confirmed its willingness to participate within this promotion. Neither [Peugeot] nor MLP can be held responsible for any venue subsequently declining acceptance of a booking using the offer.
  14. Cost of travel to the venue and the cost of any travel with the use of the Afternoon Tea for Two Offer is excluded and is entirely at the expense of each individual. Spending money is not included within the offer.
  15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither [Peugeot] nor  MLP accepts liability for loss caused, damage to property or personal injury whilst on the premises of individual venues and whether caused by the acts or omission of any third party.
  16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither [Peugeot] nor MLP shall be liable for any failure or breach by individual venues and accept no responsibility for any loss suffered by any participant of the promotion.
  17. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discount schemes or cards generated by either the participating venues or MLP.
  18. No cash alternatives will be offered.
  19. Either Peugeot or MLP reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw this offer without prior written notice at their absolute discretion.
