What will happen after I’ve reserved a vehicle?
Once you’ve completed your reservation online, your vehicle will be secured. We’ll call you to confirm that you’re happy with everything, and answer any questions you may have.
Once your selected Retailer is ready to place your order, we’ll hand your details over to them so that you can go ahead and complete your order, including personalising your finance.
Please note, as we’re currently abiding by the government’s latest COVID19 guidelines, including social distancing, there may be a delay in the Retailer’s ability to complete your order.
But don’t worry, by reserving online, you’re guaranteeing your vehicle, and we’ll ensure that we update you on a regular basis.
When will I get my reservation fee back?
Your reservation fee will be refunded as soon as you’ve placed your order with your selected Retailer.
If you change your mind, you can cancel and get a refund at any time by calling us on 0345 111 7711, or emailing us at salesenquiries@vauxhallinfo.co.uk. Please have your reservation number handy.
Can I cancel my reservation if I change my mind?
Can I change the vehicle I selected after I’ve reserved online?
Of course. Once you’ve reserved online, we’ll call you to confirm you’re happy with everything, this is where you can let us know if you’ve changed your mind on anything, including your chosen vehicle.
Alternatively, if you’d rather not wait for us to call you, you can request this at any time by calling us on 0345 111 7711, or emailing us at salesenquiries@vauxhallinfo.co.uk. Please be ready to quote your reservation number.
Can I change the Retailer I selected after I’ve reserved online?
How do I turn my reservation into a full order?

Once I’ve placed my order, when will my car arrive?
All of the vehicles promoted as part of this campaign are vehicles currently in stock, so once you’ve completed your order with your selected Retailer, we’ll aim to get your vehicle handed over to you as soon as possible.
As we’re currently abiding by the government’s latest COVID19 guidelines, including social distancing, there may be a delay in the delivery of your vehicle, but your Retailer will keep you updated with your expected handover date.
