Vauxhall is the first volume manufacturer to offer its fleet customers free labour for its service as part of Vauxhall’s Service4Fleet standards that offer fleet customers money-saving, fixed-cost menu servicing at over 400 Vauxhall retailers nationwide.
Fleet Warranty & Service Plan
Business Car - Vauxhall has added to its fleet aftersales offering by introducing an industry-first servicing plan and warranty for fleets. Available for cars and vans, this service covers the cost of parts and labour up to a limit of five years and 150,000 miles. Most mechanical and electrical parts are covered, with no excess to pay.
Fleet World - Vauxhall has gone a step further with a welcome fleet initiative. At the end of April the brand launched a fleet aftersales programme aimed at reducing fleet aftersales programme, simplifying the servicing process and driving work through its dealer’s workshops. Vauxhall may well have hit a sweet spot for SMEs.
Fleet News - Vauxhall has further developed its aftersales service for fleets with the introduction of its premium ‘SMR+’ package. Where the package differs from existing products is through providing a bespoke ‘concierge-style’ service including all service items, as well as warranty and wear and tear replacements. The customer only pays for tyres and fuel.
Motor Trade News - Vauxhall has launched a new premium aftersales service for its fleet customers. The SMR+ package provides drivers with service, maintenance and repair cover, and also includes additional items such as brake fluid changes, maintenance work (brake discs, pads and clutches), and mechanical/electrical warranty work. Where the package differs from existing products is through providing a bespoke concierge-style service including all service items, as well as warranty and wear and tear replacements. Ultimately, everything is covered under the package, with the customer only having to pay for tyres and fuel. SMR+ also includes MoTs and Vauxhall Assistance for the duration of the vehicle’s contract.
