Track day sessions are £95 per head and you will be required to pay by credit card.
In order to book a session, you must read the terms and conditions carefully, which includes the below:
- You must be over 21 years of age.
- You must be in possession of a current full (not provisional) driving licence for a manual vehicle, issued by the UK DVLA or the national licensing authority of a non-UK country in which you reside.
- You must be able to produce the original (not photocopied) complete driving licence (including identity card and counterpart) for inspection on the day of the event.
- You must be in good health and not suffering from any disability that may affect your ability to participate.
- You must have eyesight that meets at least the minimum standard required by law for driving.
- You must not be on any drugs (prescribed or otherwise) that may affect your ability to participate.
- You must not be pregnant and do not suffer from, or have any history of epilepsy or any other medical condition that may affect your ability to drive and participate.
- You must complete both circuit and GM indemnity forms on arrival
- Wear seat belts and helmets (provided) when engaging in track activity

How do I get there?| Directions will be included in the event pack email, which will be sent to your registered email address the week prior to your event. |
| Yes - you can book a total of two tickets for any event. If you do book a ticket on behalf of a friend, you will be asked in your confirmation email to ensure that your friend registers their details in this form, in order to complete the booking. |
| If you have booked the ticket as a gift, and would like the event to remain a surprise, please fill in the guest driver form with you friend's details in as much detail as possible. If you enter your friend's email address they will receive the event pack email one week prior to the event. In accepting the terms and conditions on their behalf you are confirming that, to the best of your knowledge, your guest driver meets the conditions of sale, including age and health restrictions. Vauxhall has the right to refuse permission to drive on the day for any driver or guest driver who does not meet the terms of sale. Please ensure that your guest driver is in possession of the required documentation and meets the health and age restrictions for drivers. |
| VXR Track Days are specifically designed to provide the best possible experience for a set number of people involved in the activities offered as part of the package on the day. Vauxhall has made no specific provision for spectators. Any spectators that do attend would not be able to participate in any of the activities which come as part of the package including lunch and refreshments. Vauxhall will require names/numbers of any spectators. Please email these to trackdays@vxr.co.uk. |
| Wear comfortable, casual clothing suitable for easy access to and from vehicles and a warm / waterproof coat in case of bad weather. There will always be covered areas in which to wait should the weather require this. |
| Full driving license (paper and card sections) and your confirmation email. Additionally, if you need glasses to reach the minimum eyesight standard required for driving, these must be brought along. |
| Breakfast and refreshments will be provided for morning guests on arrival and a full buffet lunch for all guests. There will also be plenty of refreshments throughout the event at the activity points. |
| Crash helmets will be provided on the day. It is not advisable to wear high heeled or excessively wide soled types of shoes i.e. work boots. Casual shoes or trainers are ideal. |

You must read this notice before driving an evaluation vehicle to be provided by or on behalf of Vauxhall Motors Limited ('VML') ('evaluation vehicle(s)') at (***Circuit Address***) on (***Date***) (“the Eventâ€Â).
The Event will consist of track drives, professional performance lap demonstrations and driving dynamics experiences i.e. skid parking and autotest type activities within the circuit paddock area. All activities will be led by professional driving instructors who will accompany all vehicles involved in the Event.
On registration at the event ("the Event"), or prior to the provision of an evaluation vehicle for use as an evaluation vehicle (whichever is later), you will be asked to sign and confirm that you accept the terms and conditions provided by VML as detailed below and you may also be required to sign a separate form of Disclaimer/Indemnity from the test track facility at which the Event is held.
DISCLAIMER / INDEMNITYI hereby agree to the following conditions, which will allow me to use the facilities at (***Circuit Address***) test track facility (hired by or on behalf of VML) for the purposes of the Event relating to the demonstration of the Vauxhall model(s).
1. I shall be responsible for the consequences of my own conduct, and personal safety, including whilst driving or being driven, during the whole of the Event and by my participation in this Event (and undergoing a safety briefing, if applicable), I HAVE VOLUNTARILY ACCEPTED THE RISK of death, injury or loss and damage to my person or to my property caused arising out of or in connection with my driving of any evaluation vehicle(s) or other motor vehicles whether undergoing instruction or otherwise.
I shall be responsible for the consequences of my own conduct, and personal safety and the safety of any passengers (limited to 1 passenger), whilst driving during the Event any evaluation vehicle or whilst being a passenger.
I confirm that I am in good health and that my eyesight is at least to the standard required by law for driving, and do not suffer from any illness or other ailment or disability (including but not limited to epilepsy) and am not taking medication that might make it unsafe for me to drive or otherwise is likely to impair or affect my ability to participate and drive any evaluation vehicle(s) or other motor vehicles at the Event.
2. I agree to wear a seat belt properly fastened (and a safety helmet when requested by VML or the test track facility for certain elements of the Event) and that I will not disengage any active safety features of any evaluation vehicle at any time other than those provided with switches for this purpose.
I shall abide by and act and drive in accordance with the safety briefing/instructions I have attended in respect to the Event, and the driving and safety requirements of VML and/or the test track facility and driving instructors during the said Event
3. I agree to follow the indicated routes and obey all instructions and signals from VML and/or the test track marshals, staff and driving instructors whilst driving and all speed limits and regulations applying thereto during the Event. I will attend and obey by all instruction set out in the safety briefing.
I understand that unnecessary stops and deviations from the routes are not permitted at the test track facility during the Event.
I understand that drivers who do not comply may be prevented from driving further at the test track facility at the Event.
4. I am over 21 and am a holder of a full current UK/Eire/European Union driving licence (or equivalent if non–EU resident) which I will produce on request. I will not allow any other person to drive any evaluation vehicle without the permission of VML or the test track facility).
5. VML reserve the right to refuse an individual permission to drive any evaluation vehicle or other motor vehicle and to remove you from the Event and from the property or premises of the test track facility without being required to give reasons for such exclusion, should they consider that it to be necessary for the safety of yourself or other participants at the Event or to the staff, agents and contractors of VML and/or the test track facility as appropriate.
All drivers (and any passengers if permitted by VML are advised not to consume alcohol and are prohibited from taking Class A; B and C drugs, or otherwise taking prescribed medication (that might make it unsafe for them to drive or is otherwise likely to impair or affect his/her ability to participate and drive at the Event) either before and during the Event.
6. I acknowledge and accept VML exclude any liability to me if I am unable to participate in any of the activities for any reason beyond the reasonable control of VML (meaning events of force majeure) that may affect or prevent the running of individual activities (including but not limited to acts of God; war; riots; civil commotion; acts of terrorism; weather and industrial disputes; strikes and labour shortages).
7. As a Participant, I agree that VML have the right to use my name, likeness, photograph or appearance within video footage for promotional use and any subsequent PR or press promotion(s) that may be required.
8. As is the nature of motor sport activities, stoppages and delays may occur. As a Participant, I understand that session times and session duration cannot be guaranteed and in extreme cases may have to be cancelled with no replacement. As a Participant, I understand that there is no guarantee that each session will hold equal number of participants and that participant standards will vary from session to session.
9. i) Except for injury or death due to negligence on the part of VML and/or the test track facility during the Event, I confirm that I (and that I am authorised on behalf of my Company (where applicable)) to indemnify VML and/or the track facility, their staff, agents and contractors against any loss (consequential loss or loss of profit) or damage, however caused, (including rectification or repairs to such property and any evaluation vehicles) during the Event, if in the sole judgment of VML such damage has been caused by dangerous driving, negligence, failure to observe safety requirements or failure to comply with the Event regulations relating to VML and/or the test track facility referred to above, and shall hold VML or the test track facility harmless in respect of damage sustained by me or to my property or my Company arising out of the Event.
ii) No modifications to any evaluation vehicle can be made and no hand held mobile phones must not be used nor any hands-free device relating thereto or other devices likely to interfere with the driver’s concentration can be used when driving or being a passenger in an evaluation vehicle.
VML insurance is for 3rd Party Risk only.
Where VML has reason to believe that any person may be so impaired or affected, VML reserves the right to request all such persons to undertake a breathaliser test, as a pre-condition in order to determine whether VML will allow such person to participate in the Event.
