VAUXHALL SALES EVENT – FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) between you (“You”) and Vauxhall Motors Limited (“Vauxhall”).

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.       The Promotion is available on new Vauxhall models only (the “Qualifying Vehicle”).

 

2.       The Promotion is a saving of £1,000 on the On-The-Road (“OTR”) of the Qualifying Vehicle (the “Promotion”).

 

3.       The Promotion applies between 19 December 2025 to 12 January 2026 inclusive (“Promotional Period”). 

 

4.       The Promotion applies to private individuals (18+). Cannot be used in conjunction with Motability, Fleet, Business sales.

 

5.       The promotion is available at participating Vauxhall retailers only (excluding Arnold Clark).

 

6.       To receive the Promotion, you must be a UK resident.

                        

7.       The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other Promotions provided by Vauxhall.

 

8.       The Promotion excludes pre-registered vehicles.

 

9.       To receive the Promotion, you must order a Qualifying Vehicle between the Promotional Period. The Promotion applies to qualifying new retail sales. 

 

10.   You are responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of travelling to the participating retailer.

 

11.   There is no cash alternative to the Promotion. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-negotiable.

 

12.   If the Promotion is unavailable, cancelled or suspended due to circumstances beyond Vauxhall’s control, Vauxhall is under no obligation to offer an alternative and will not owe any further liability to you. 

 

13.   Vauxhall reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this Promotion at any point in time. Information is correct at time of publication.

 

14.   During the course of the Promotional Period, Vauxhall shall conduct a commercial review of the feasibility of a potentially similar promotion to run after the Promotional Period. Any future offer and associated dates will be advertised in the same way as this promotion.

 

15.   Your personal data will be handled in accordance with Vauxhall’s privacy policy, which is available to view here

 

 

16.   If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by you of these terms, Vauxhall may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Promotion.

 

17.   Neither Vauxhall or its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Promotion or as a result of your participation in the Promotion. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

18.   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and the Promotion.
