Private retail customers who order a new Vauxhall electric passenger car from a participating retailer are entitled to:

 

1.  Choose one of the following at the time of placing an order:

 

      (A)    £500 public charging credit for Connected Kerb 

      (B)    Up to £500 towards cross-pavement charging channel for Kerbo Charge

 

The Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you and Vauxhall.  

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

By ordering a new Vauxhall electric passenger car from a participating retailer in the UK, you confirm your acceptance of, and agreement to, these Terms and Conditions.

 

1.       Offer available on new Vauxhall electric passenger cars (excluding pre-registered or contract hire vehicles).

 

2.       Offer available at participating retailers only. Arnold Clark sites are not participating retailers.

 

3.       Offer applies to private individuals aged 18 or over, and to Vauxhall Partners programme members, only.

 

4.       Offer not available on pre-registered cars or cars on contract hire. 

 

5.       Offer applies to orders made from 1 July 2026 (the "Offer Period").

 

6.       Only one £500 credit per vehicle shall be provided.

 

7.       The £500 contribution or credit includes VAT.

 

8.       To receive the Offer, you must be a UK resident.

9.       To receive the Offer, you must be resident with available Connected Kerb or Kerbo Charge stations at your home address.

10.       Your personal data will be handled in accordance with Vauxhall’s privacy policy, which is available to view at https://www.vauxhall.co.uk/tools/privacy-policy.html.

 

11.   If you exercise your right to cancel or withdraw your order, you will no longer be entitled to the Offer. If you have already received the Offer by the date on which you cancel or withdraw, Vauxhall will be entitled to full repayment of the £500 contribution or credit provided to you under this Offer.

 

12.   Vauxhall reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this Offer at any point in time. Information is correct at time of publication.

 

13.   If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by you of these terms, Vauxhall may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Offer.

 

14.   Neither Vauxhall nor its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Offer, or as a result of your participation in it, participation in any of the activities, or as a result of collecting or enjoying the vehicle and the £500 public charging credit. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

15.   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the Offer.

 

1(A). £500 Public Charging Credit for Connected Kerb

 

16.   If you choose to receive the £500 public charging credit for Connected Kerb charging, the supplying participating retailer will issue a promotion code to enter into the Connected Kerb app. A fixed sum of £500 will be credited to your account once verified by Connected Kerb. Credit can only be applied to one user account, and once applied, cannot be undone.

 

17.  By choosing to receive £500 public charging credit for Connected Kerb charging, you agree to use the credit for its intended purpose.

 

18.  Connected Kerb is not operated by Vauxhall. You are responsible for setting up any accounts necessary to access the Connected Kerb charging network.

 

19.  Connected Kerb is a third-party supplier. By using the Connected Kerb service, you agree to its terms and conditions and privacy policy, available on the Connected Kerb website.

 1(B). Up to £500 Discount Towards Cross-Pavement Charging Channel for Kerbo Charge

 

If you choose the receive the discount of up to £500 towards a cross-pavement charging channel for Kerbo Charge, the supplying participating retailer will generate a one time use discount code through a Kerbo Charge web application. The Discount shall be applied via the Kerbo Charge web application and shall be used solely as a contribution towards the supply and installation of a Kerbo Charge cross-pavement channel. The Discount shall not apply to the purchase of any EV charger. The amount of the Discount may vary by customer location and, where the cost of supply and installation is less than £500, the Discount shall be limited to such lower amount. Once it has been applied it cannot be undone.

20.  By choosing to receive the discount of up to £500 towards a Kerbo Charge cross-pavement charging channel, you agree to use the discount for its intended purpose.

 

21.  Kerbo Charge is not operated by Vauxhall. You are responsible for setting up any accounts necessary to order a Kerbo Charge cross-pavement charging channel.

 

22.  Kerbo Charge is a third-party supplier. By using the Kerbo Charge service, you agree to its terms and conditions and privacy policy, available on the Kerbo Charge website.
